What this website collects.
Short version: nothing. This site has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking. It does not set cookies. It stores nothing in your browser. Nothing you type is sent anywhere until you choose to send it yourself.
You press send, not us.
The booking form, the enquiry on the homepage and the contact form do not submit to a server — there is no server behind this website. Each one takes what you typed, writes it into a message, and opens WhatsApp or your own email app with that message ready. You read it and press send, or you close it and nothing happens.
That means two things worth knowing. If you close that window without sending, we never receive anything and nothing is recorded. And when you do send, the message travels through WhatsApp or your email provider under their own privacy terms, not ours.
Only what you send.
When you message or call us, we receive what you chose to tell us — typically a name, a mobile number, a pickup area, the hospital and appointment, and any notes about the person we would be accompanying. We use it to arrange and carry out the visit, and to keep you updated while it happens.
We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone who is not involved in arranging your visit.

One, and what it sees.
The page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser fetches them directly from Google, which means Google can see your IP address and which page requested them. That is the only third party this website contacts.
There is no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel, no social media tracker and no embedded video or map on any page.
The WhatsApp and email links hand off to apps you already have. Following one takes you out of this website and into their handling of your data.
